This is a 19-year-old who wanted a larger size breast augmentation. She has 830 cc of saline placed under the muscle. The inframammary scar was used. She is 4 months post op and extremely happy with the size and shape. While I do not normally go this large on a small frame, it was what the patient wished for and achieved.
