35 year old who is a mother of 2 , she is 5 ft 2 and 135 pounds. 387 and 390 grams of breast tissue was resected from the left and right side respectively with liposuction of the axilla (armpit). She is now one and a half years post op and a small C cup. An inferior pedicle wise pattern technique was performed. She also lost some weight in the post operative period as she felt so healthy and able to do more with the weight off her chest.
