This is a 76 year old who had broken implants and was unhappy with her breast cancer reconstruction results from 15 years ago. We removed the broken implants and replaced them in the subglandular location (above the muscle) and wrapped the 295 Smooth Cohesive Full implants from Allergan with Alloderm. She is 3 months post op.
