This patient had a breast cancer reconstruction from another doctor years ago. Dr. Cohen was able to downsize her with a removal and replacement with smaller implants. We removed 375 silicone implants and replaced her with smaller 265 gel under the muscle and removed some inferior skin as well. She is post op one month looking smaller and more symmetric.
