This is a young patient that had a broken nose with a deviation to her right side. She had a crooked nose that she wanted to be straighter.
I performed an open rhinoplasty with septoplasty and dorsal hump resection.
Osteotomy to straighten the nasal bones and tip sutures was performed.
She is 2 months post op in the after pictures.
